Why are you interested in joining Innovate-Ideagora?
My research is to link the practice and theory within Physical Education through the use of web 2.0 tools. Currently I am investigating the use of wikis/NING/blogs within Physical Education Activity Courses at the College level. As I am specialized in PE, my background is limited in the area of Educational Technology so I am looking for places to learn more from those who have knowledge and experience within the area of ET.
What do you think are the most pressing issues/challenges in using technology to enhance the educational process?
In my area, PE, people are relunctant to consider Web 2.0 tools but I believe that these tools may in fact enhance the link between practice and theory which in return may enhance the justification and necessity for the profession (PE).

Helena, please review the "About" link on Innovate's navigation bar, which describes the kinds of articles we publish (and your topic would fit). The "Contribute" link contains our publication guidelines.

Please write me at jlm@nova.edu if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Helena, your research interest is fascinating. Have you considered submitting a manuscript on this topic for publication consideration in Innovate?
