A great conversation that includes a solid segment on "the state of education". Nothing new but another call to action and reference to work being done by his foundation.
Summary -- Having great teachers was the key variable. Reference made to top performing teachers and the impact they make on student success.
Overwhelming indicator for top teachers is past performance of the teachers.
